The client purchased this 1880s home with the intent to restore it and start a new chapter with their family. Their commitment to getting the details right was admirable. We rehabilitated original doors, windows, and flooring wherever we could. We milled trim work to match existing pieces and carved our own door rosettes to ensure the historical details were beautifully carried through.
Every finish selection was made with consideration and integrity to the historic home while balancing the daily function and needs of the family. We were not interested in what was trendy but what was timeless and right for the home.
