Calcasieu Phase 1
The first phase of this ambitious project focused on the restoration of a small historic cottage built in 1936 by Calcasieu Lumber Company. Our client will ultimately use it as a guest house for visitors, so our goal was to make it as beautiful and comfortable as a hotel room. The original windows and sinks were restored and balance the painted floor, modern light fixtures and tile. Space is maximized with built-in cabinetry and furniture in every room. White-stained plywood keeps everything bright and current.
