Amity began her early design career in NYC. She studied at the New York School of Interior Design and Parsons School of Design before working under two of the country’s top interior designers, Jeffrey Bilhuber and Tom Scheerer. In 2008, she returned to her hometown of Austin and founded Amity Worrel & Co.

Amity Worrel & Co. has been featured on the cover of House Beautiful, listed as one of Austin Home’s Best Interior Designers, and awarded the Austin Home & Design Award in General Excellence for Interior Design. Andrée Chalaron entered the design world by way of photography, coordinating photoshoots for some of the country’s top interior designers. Her experience producing global shoots, styling sets, and maintaining tight timelines arm her with the skills necessary to run seamless projects on the Amity Worrel & Co. team. She uncovers the most unique finds for our clients’ projects, whether that’s period antiques, elegant textiles, or custom wallpaper patterns.

Since March 2017

Allison Beyer began her design career in custom furniture design. Having studied historical textiles at the Indianapolis Museum of Art, she possesses a deep understanding and love of materials. Whether selecting draperies or designing custom furnishings, Allison’s focus is on creating welcoming interiors that invite you to touch, sit, and relax. She finds her design inspiration through the colors, textures, and patterns of nature.

Since January 2022

Melissa Guzman uses her depth of skills throughout the interior design process, from space planning to installation. She studied interior design at Savannah College of Art & Design, where she was inspired by the period architecture and welcoming charm of the city. From there, she went on to design furniture. However, she decided to extend her approach and create entire spaces people could enjoy.

Anna-Nicole Morris is driven by the psychology behind design and how the right space can spark a conversation. She inherited her love of design from her family, which has played a leading role in the construction of Austin since 1883. She studied interior design at Baylor University, developing strong technical skills, refining her knowledge of textiles, and cultivating a love for space planning.

Camila Kipper is an architect with over 13 years of experience in residential projects. For her, architecture and interior design meet to transform a space beyond aesthetics. Her focus lies in enriching how people live and interact to create a profound sense of belonging and joy in client homes. An Austin transplant from Brazil, she seeks inspiration in her chosen city’s rich culture.

Becky Janes’s extensive experience and mastery of logistics allow her to manage the growing Amity Worrel & Co. team with efficiency and grace. Her attention to detail ensures everything runs smoothly, allowing everyone to focus on their creative endeavors with confidence and clarity. Her love of design gives her a unique insight into the team’s work.

Lexi Martin has over 20 years of experience in interior design, working in various roles, including project management, furniture specification, and space planning. She worked at The Met and MoMA before studying design at the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. At Amity Worrel & Co., she balances attention to detail with executing the big picture to ensure seamless operations while fostering growth.

Chloe Larson was drawn to interior design because it connects spaces and people, bridging the gap between architecture and psychology. Attending Trinity University’s urban and architectural studies programs has provided her with a rich understanding of spatial systems. At Amity Worrel & Co., she assists with design projects and day-to-day operations.
