Capturing the essence of vibrant South Austin, this new construction gem awaited its transformation into a kaleidoscope of bold colors and eclectic charm under the discerning eye of our visionary client. Collaborating on this project was a dream manifested into reality for our team at Amity Worrel & Co., allowing us to infuse every corner with a daring, layered aesthetic that spoke volumes of the homeowner’s unique style and personality.
Embracing the blank canvas with gusto, we embarked on a creative journey that saw plain walls and ceilings transformed into declarations of personality and flair. Vivid shades of pink, purple, chartreuse, and black danced across the surfaces, while sumptuous wallpaper, daring paint choices, and intricate millwork added depth and texture to every room. In the entry hall, arched room transitions beckoned guests with a sense of grandeur, complemented by a wide leopard runner that whispered of untold adventures within.
The exterior of the home received a whimsical Tudor-inspired makeover, featuring charming striped awnings over the windows and a striking black turret-style awning gracing the front door. A hand-painted path adorned with mystic motifs led the way to the enchanting pink-stained concrete floor of the screened side porch, where magic and comfort collided to create a truly one-of-a-kind living space.
Melding comfort with the unconventional, we crafted a home that defied expectations and invited inhabitants to embrace the fantastical. Every corner revealed a new surprise, a new delight, a new chapter in the fairy-tale narrative of this extraordinary family abode.
