The Secret Ingredient That Makes All The Difference
Our Talented Team
This time of year always narrows the focus for what I am most grateful. Amity Worrel & Company has enjoyed a wonderful year working with fabulous projects, fun and informative Design 101 events, great clients and collaborations with Austin’s best trade professionals. The common thread that has run through all of these moments is the talented team that comprises our Austin interior design studio.
The way we work is collaborative, both as a studio team and by incorporating our discerning clients’ ideas and interests. The clients learn quickly to appreciate that each individual on the AW&Co. team has a contribution to make in the process of creating stellar spaces. It has been an organic process from the beginning.
The well-oiled machine and synchronicity that we enjoy today is a product of many things: the trajectory of my time in New York–learning from some of the very best interior design professionals in the business; Becoming a woman entrepreneur in my home town of Austin, TX that happens to be one of the busiest markets in the country; And carefully cultivating a talented team of the right people working in their respective sweet spots who bring their best to the studio every day. This team synergy truly makes all the difference, and for that I am very thankful.
As this season of gratitude begins and the holidays take us through to the new year, I’d like to share more insights directly from the team about the work we’re doing. So, join me in celebrating my amazing team as they post their individual perspective and day-in-the-life design stories. Their insights will be shared on our social network platforms, so be sure to follow us on instagram and facebook. We’ll be sharing stories, behind-the-scenes views and vantage points from the Amity Worrel & Co. #team.
